Book Giveaway–Sookie Stackhouse Boxed Set (True Blood) – Contest Closed

I love to read.

And one of my favorite series is the Sookie Stackhouse (True Blood) set.  They’re nothing life changing, but they’re fast and easy to read, and a fun combination of scary, far fetched, and sexy.

If you’ve watched the show on HBO and never read the books, you’re missing out on a lot.  The TV show often goes in a whole other direction than Charlaine Harris version, and characters are added or sometimes left out.

But Eric is still hot.  Even on paper.  Hot.

So when I was thinking of what to give away in our book category, the Sookie Stackhouse Series was the first thing that came to mind.  Because even if you already OWN these books, they’d make a great Christmas gift for someone else, and you can look all sweet and super generous.

See how I’m always thinking of others?

To enter, just leave a comment telling me your favorite book.  Easy!!

CONTEST CLOSED ~ The winner is Ashley comment #105.  She said, “Gone With the Wind. Also love The Stand by Stephen King. I’ve probably read each one 20 times! “

I’m so thrilled with all of the support Shelly and I have received on the new site.  I’d appreciate it if you’d take a minute to Like us on Facebook so we can connect with you there too!!

Thanks for entering and GOOD LUCK!!

    Sandra says:

Choosing a favorite book is like choosing a favorite clover flower in a whole field of them.. truly. But, here goes:

Right now I would have to say “The Atonement Child” by Karen Kingsbury or the entire Belgariad and Mallorean series by David Eddings, including Belgarath the Sorcerer and Polgara the Sorceress. Oh … and don’t forget Dee Henderson’s O’ Malley series. Yeah, ok. So I couldn’t pick just one. I tried, though, I really did.

Favorite book? I only get to pick one? But….but….*clings to bookshelf*. Ok, if I have to pick one I would re-read a bajillion times, it would be Summon the Keeper. Sarcastic cat and Hell arguing with itself? It’s pretty darn funny!
