Meal Plan– 10/31 – 11/4


The weather has cooled off quite a bit in Arkansas and I’m thinking yummy comfort food!!  Here are my favorites for the week:


MondayCrispy BBQ Chicken Fingers from How Sweet It Is.  One of my favorites and they’re pretty healthy too!!  Serve with oven baked fries and a salad.

Tuesday:  Dr. Pepper Slow Cooker Roast Beef from Add a Pinch.  Serve with mashed potatoes and a vegetable (if I had MY choice it would be broccoli, but my husband and son will want corn….sigh)  Save leftover roast for sandwiches another night.

Wednesday:  Chicken Roll-Ups from Plain Chicken.  Serve with rice and a side vegetable or salad.

Thursday:  Make sandwiches from leftover shredded beef.  Buy soft deli buns and horseradish sauce, cheese, and lettuce.  Serve with chips or cut up fruit and veggies.


Friday: Pizza Bread from Buns In My Oven.  Because Friday deserves pizza!!

    Guess what? We’re having Dr Pepper Slow Cooker Roast on Tuesday night, too!!! Too funny! Can’t wait to hear if you have broccoli or corn or maybe both! :)
