We all know that we will be in the kitchen the majority of Thursday, so let’s not spend the rest of the week in there as well!
These meals will go together in a pinch.
First up let’s break out the crock pot. Nothing better than getting a meal going in the morning and then not thinking about it again until dinner rolls around.
Monday, 11/21 ~ Crock Pot Chicken Taco Chili. What’s great about this is that not only is it quick, but it’s really adaptable…AND it’s low fat.
Tuesday, 11/22 ~ Penne with Ricotta and Bacon. This is a 5 ingredient meal and can be done easily in 30 minutes from start to finish!
