Meal Plan ~ 12/12 – 12/16

It’s less than two weeks until Christmas!!

I’m assuming that your house is perfectly decorated, stockings are hung with care, and you’ve got tons of freshly baked goods waiting for holiday visitors.

No?

Well, in case you need a little help this week, here’s some easy peasy meals to get you by.

Crispy Coconut Chicken Fingers — how good do these sound?  And they’re baked!!  I’m thinking the coconut will make me think I’m on a tropical island, instead of in cold dreary Arkansas.

Bacon Pasta — one of my all time favorites!!  This is actually one of the few dinner recipes on MY blog ( it’s a pre-wordpress move post, so please disregard the poor spacing, etc… some posts didn’t quite translate during the move)  and I looove it.  It’s an amazing meal!!

Crock Pot Kahlua Pig — I’ve never tried this, but it’s gotten rave reviews.  It looks so fabulous and simple…and it’s low calorie!!  Perfect balance to the bacon pasta from the night before.

Baked Potato Soup – again, with the bacon.  I knoooow.  But doesn’t this look so good?  It’s not really the holiday season unless you have soup at least once a week!!

Spicy Chicken Pepper Jack Pizza –  and look!!  There’s wine with it!!  Perfect for Friday Night.

There you go, a little of everything.  Have a fabulous week!!

Fyi: Baked potato soup link takes you to the pork recipe. Thanks for this weeks menu plan. I’m thoroughly enjoying never planning my menus anymore. Seriously how did I do it before you guys were around? Must’ve had a lot of cereal.

It all looks delicious. Pinned them so that I can add them to my menu over the next few weeks. I cannot wait!
