Can you believe it?! The last week before Christmas!
I bet y’all are gonna be running around like crazy people trying to get everything done in time…oh…I mean unless you’re fully organized and not stressing out at all, ahem…yeah, um, me neither.
I’ve got some yummy meals lined up this week that will be sure to take at least a little pressure off. I mean, coming up with dinner ideas for your family is like a full time J-O-B!
Monday 12/19 ~ First up we have a fun and easy crockpot recipe from Get Crocked. It’s a Crock Pot Chicken Lo Mein and it sounds really good. I am definitely making this one tomorrow! Just serve it over some rice and you have yourself a full meal!
Tuesday, 12/20 ~ I love garlicky shrimp, so here’s a perfect and simple Garlicky Baked Shrimp recipe from Real Simple. Serve with a tossed salad and a nice loaf of crusty bread.
Wednesday, 12/21 ~ These caught my eye on Pinterest. I love anything Buffalo Chicken and these rolls are a light take, on the otherwise indulgent snack. Coming in at 103 calories each means I can have a bunch and not feel guilty! Sweet!

Thursday, 12/22 ~ Another crock pot meal this week. It’s Santa Fe Chicken and over some rice you have a filling one bowl dinner. Love that!
Friday, 12/23 ~ Pizza Night! How about this yummy version from Pink Parsley…Fontina and Wild Mushroom Pizza. I am in love with this.

Have I told you that my peggers self is LOVIN all the buffalo chicken recipes lately?! ‘Cause I do. I really really do!!!! And I can justify eating these. Way less calories and fat then buffalo wings. Thank you so much!!!
