Meal Plan ~ 12/26 – 12/30

Merry Day After Christmas!!

I’m assuming you’re either:

A) In a sugar coma and recovering

B) Buried under a pile of crumpled wrapping paper and recovering

C) Braving the stores to make returns/exchanges, and then coming home and recovering

In light of that, the meals for this week are easy and comforting.  Just what you need!!

Monday:  Ham and Cheese Potato Casserole       Perfect for that leftover Christmas Ham!!

One of my goals for 2012 is to maintain making WEEKLY menu plans. I’ve fallen off the wagon more than not…. So I’m committed to making it happen starting next week. That baked spaghetti? Going on the menu!
