So we are officially in December.
Everyone is probably so busy getting holiday stuff together that dinner time is almost forgotten about…ok, maybe that’s just me, but there have been more than our fair share of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese nights lately. It’s embarrassing, really.
So here are a few dinner ideas to make your week a little easier.
Monday, 12/5 ~ Up first let’s carb load. You’ll have the rest of the week to work this off, and trust me it will be worth it. It’s Penne with Roasted Asparagus and Balsamic Butter from Food and Wine…sigh.
Tuesday, 12/6 ~ Chicken Enchilada Soup from homemade by holeman. I love enchilada soup and you can make this one in the crock pot too.

Wednesday, 12/7 ~ Cheddar Crusted Chicken Fingers from How Sweet It Is. Chicken Fingers always are a huge hit at my house and I love this fun twist. Plus they’re baked. Serve these up with a green veggie and you’re set!
Thursday, 12/8 ~ Now, to the highlight of the week. I have been obsessing about this sandwich ever since I saw it on Pinterest. It’s a Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese from Closet Cooking. Say it slowly. Make it and serve it with a salad and blue cheese.
Friday, 12/9 ~ Friday was always pizza night at my house, so here’s a fun twist…Pizza Pinwheels. I bet the little ones would love to help with these too!

I so want that buffalo chicken grilled cheese!!!!! Hubby already asked for chili for tonight but tomorrow night that’s whats for dinner. And maybe lunch the next day. And the next.
