It’s Monday, ya’ll!!
And if being slapped in the face with the beginning of the week isn’t enough, it’s almost Christmas.
The stores are packed. The kids are getting out of school for Winter Break. And you have eleventy thousand presents to wrap.
So…wanna talk about men for a minute? Instant pick me up, trust me on this.
Last week, John Stamos beat Johnny Depp by a pretty clear majority. Who knew you ladies felt so passionately about soap, shaving, and Full House?
This week, because it’s the week of Christmas, we decided to feature two of our favorite Christmas crooners:
Michael Buble vs. Harry Connick Jr.
Remember The Rules:

Both men have amazingly hot voices and could sing to me any day. But unfortunately, only one can be crowned winner this week. So let’s review.
Starting with the sexy stare:
It’s obvious that both men are thinking about super romantic stuff involving roses, wine, and a roaring fire in the fireplace.
Speaking of thinking…let’s take a look at their smart man faces:

Harry and Michael are no stranger to the big screen. Harry is probably most well known as romantic figure Justin Matisse on Hope Floats (OMG loooove) and Michael…recently sang with J Beebs on A Michael Buble Christmas.
And although these men are major stars, they still kick it casual from time to time. In this picture, Michael is all “you can tell I’m relaxed because I’m laying down with several buttons undone” and Harry is all “look, my shirt doesn’t even have a collar, don’t I look ready for a cozy snuggle on the couch?”
Yes Harry, yes you do.
And last, but certainly not least, we have to see how the men fare in black and white.
Not bad, boys. Not bad at all.

Harry, hands down. Buble can croon with the best of them but the smoldering eyes and approachability of Mr. Connick, Jr. makes him a clear winner in my book.

I barely know who Michael Buble is…on the other hand, Harry was on Will & Grace. So, Harry it is!!!
Hmmm…I’d have to say Michael. Harry’s got a lot going for him…but Michael edges him out just a smidgen because I like his singing voice better and Harry has weird lips. The lips are the deal breaker, really.
Definitely Harry. I like his music better and I like him better. Really don’t care for Michael Buble.

This is just an evil, EVIL question! I have and will always swear my allegiance to Bublè. He gives me the warm fuzzies. *However* this question has torn me in two because Harry is straight-up gorgeous! I have seen Michael Bublè in concert and it was by far the best show I’ve ever been to. For that reason, I’m still going to have to swear by team Bublè. Maybe if Harry wanted to sway my opinion – if be open to that.

Michael I LOVE YOU!! I preordered the album and danced around the mailbox for who knows how long, waiting for it to come. Love it. Haven’t stopped listening to it all month, I’m a touch obsessed. Just reading this post looking at photos had my heart rate up a notch.

Wow, this is a hard fought battle. Harry is lovely. The way he speaks about his daughters and his love of his city makes me think he is a truly cool guy. However, I love me some Buble. His voice makes me weak in the knees, I saw him in concert a few years ago and it was truly one of the best shows I have ever seen. He owned that stage and made every woman in the arena feel like he was singing JUST to them.

Because I’m a little younger, I don’t know Harry too well. But. He was pretty charming in PS I Love You. So there’s that. Now Michael, he’s kind of a geek. Saw him on Oprah one day, it just felt weird. Also, he looks a little anxious in a lot of those pictures. He’s just kind of goofy. Of course I’d rather have him sing to me. But overall, I’m going with Michael, based purely on the fact that he doesn’t make me feel nervous just by looking at him.
