It’s Monday, and chances are good that someone is going to want to eat this week.
I don’t know why. In my house, everyone is SOOOO dramatic about it. It’s like they need food to survive or something.
Eyeroll.
So. With that in mind, I’ve done the planning for you. This is what’s for dinner this week.

Monday: Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger I will never make normal cheeseburgers again!!

Tuesday: Buffalo Chicken Casserole This pasta has all the flavor of buffalo wings, and is lightened up so there’s no guilt!!

Wednesday: Grilled Steak Fajitas These are also low calorie, and if you don’t want to grill the steak you can cook it on the stove.

Thursday: King Ranch Chicken Mac and Cheese This is NOT lightened up, but HEY!! you ate light the last two days so it’s totally fine.

It’s funny you should say that! My husband and kids think they have to eat EVERY DAY!!! They act like they could starve to death! Lol Glad to know I’m not the only one who finds this annoying!! Love the menu plan btw…..maybe I will feed them something….
