This is the final one. The end.
The reunion has been dragged out for 3 episodes. I mean, I can’t say that I didn’t enjoy them, but this has really been the season that will never end.
At one point they flashed back to when they were visiting Camille’s Colorado house and I felt like I might have watched that in 1988.
So back to this week.
We opened right where we left off with the ladies sitting around the couches…separated by alliance.
Taylor was still answering questions from Andy. She was quite candid, actually. Too candid you might say. But she did just write a book about her situation, sooo…
Here’s my opinion on that. I think she has every right to write a book about her story. She was abused. Unfortunately, there are people who are able to relate to her situation.
But. Her husband just died. Not even a year ago. It doesn’t sound like the investigation into his death is yet over.
What’s the wait time on things like this?
It kinda seemed a little too soon, if you ask me….but no one did, so…
Next up Dana joins the ladies.
Dana, poor Dana.
First up he showed Andy her expletive laden shoes, showing just how classy she really is. Funny how the ladies thought her shoes were hilarious, yet if Brandi had worn the same ones there would have been gasps at just how crass she is.
However when they zoomed in on her shoes the cameras inevitably caught her crackity cracked, sunless tanned heels. You would think that anyone who can afford $25,000 sunglasses could afford a quick $35 pedi.
There is next a “best of Dana” montage. I loved every single second and only kinda wished Dana had been on more. Her desperate need to be accepted was completely uncomfortable and hilarious all at the same time.
Andy called her out on her oddball insecurities to which she gave some really weird childhood explanation that didn’t add up. How her mom was poor and her dad was rich and she was a poor/rich person who didn’t know who to identify with. She apparently went to school with a group of kids who had eleventy thousand Benetton sweaters, so I can see how that can make you a little jealous. All those colors.
BUT she tells Andy how she’s not going to stop being a suck up because “that’s how she rolls”. Mmmkay. Not sure what to say.
We are then joined by all the husbands. Ken rocks a purple suit with a skinny tie. Love that. Beyond that not much else happens. Except Taylor tried to get in on the action because she feels like she hasn’t had enough air time. She tells everyone how she gained 10 pounds and that she can’t gain anymore because she’s an “apple” not a “pear” and all the weight will go to her stomach.
Finally the moment we have all been waiting for. The interview with Kim fresh out of rehab.
She looked good. She had gained a little weight, which along with the good lighting from the Bravo professionals made her face look much nicer.
Now I am not gonna say too much about this portion of the reunion show because I am thinking that maybe, just maybe, Kim needs to go BACK to rehab.
I know you are all thinking it. She was hiiiiiiiiigh.
I am certainly not a drug expert but I’m thinking that if you can’t fully open your eyes and your speech is slurred, maybe you’re taking too much?
I really just wish there was a thought bubble above Andy’s head. I was desperate to know what he was thinking throughout the talk.
One high note, though, it seems as she sad goodbye to her little Troll doll. So hopefully my tv won’t be junked up with his face next season.
With that said I truly hope that Kim does get the help she needs.
So there you have it.
The end of RHBH Season2.
Thoughts on the reunion?
