So it’s just barely March and I’m already talking about St. Patrick’s Day drinks?

Well yes, yes I am.

I am not Irish, but I will glady celebrate St. Patty’s Day with mucho gusto.

I mean, I celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a burrito and a margarita, so why not, right?

 

Bring on the corned beef and cabbage and green beer…or if you’re feeling really Irish you should definitely try one of these little bitties.

 

I guarantee that you down a few of these back and you will be speaking with an Irish brogue to rival Colin Farrel.

 

Shiny Shamrock

1 oz Midori

1 oz Irish Mist

Whipped Cream and Gold Sprinkles to garnish, optional

Mix ingredients and serve in a shooter glass

    Yum. Glad to know I’m not alone on early St. Patrick’s Day prep. I had planned for Midori Sours to make an appearance (along with some cheap beer died green), and these will definitely need to join the party! Thanks for sharing.
