Spiked Vanilla Coke Float

The perfect cocktail/dessert for the holiday weekend…

You have everything all-American here…ice cream, coke, vanilla…vodka.

Umm, well vodka may not be typically known as all-American, but let’s just pretend, kay?

 

You can throw these together in a pinch, plop that cherry on top and you’ll be about as festive as they come…AND have a few and the festivities will just keep getting better :)

 

Spiked Vanilla Coke Float

5 oz Coke

2 oz vanilla vodka

Ice cream or whipped cream

Cherry for garnish

Fill glass with ice, pour vodka over ice and follow with coke.

Top with ice cream or whipped cream and a cherry

    Coke and Vanilla Absolut is one of my favourite mixed drinks. I have never had the brilliance of adding ice cream! I will definitely do this soon.
