Cocktail Friday ~ Vineyard Fizz

I thought I didn’t like gin.

I guess I was wrong…

There’s gin in here and I didn’t hesitate to drain the glass.

This is the perfect summer drink.

The end.

Make a pitcher and share.  Or don’t.

Whatever.

Vineyard Fizz

1 large bunch of grapes, washed, picked from stem and frozen

2 liters lemon-lime soda, chilled

1 1/2 cups gin

Juice of 1 lemon

Juice of 2 limes

In a large pitcher stir together soda, lemon and lime juice and gin.

Fill glasses with frozen grapes and pour cocktail over top.

I don’t “do” gin, either, but I bet I could make an exception in this case. So pretty, too!

I made this on Father’s Day and it was a big hit. I love Gin so I knew I’d like it. But even my brother-in-law who never drinks had some and loved it!
