Good news – I’ve got 19 more weeks before I can have a cocktail!!
Do you think they allow wine in the labor and delivery room? Just wondering.
In the meantime, I’m whipping up plenty of smoothies and shakes — and lately I crave chocolate like crazy. This malt has plenty of chocolate, but also some banana and peanut butter, so I don’t feel TOO terribly guilty.
Nutty Monkey Malt
Adapted from Taste of Home
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 banana, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup malt powder
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups chocolate ice cream
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass.
My son loves these too, so be sure to make plenty.
