It’s Monday!!

Here’s what sounds good to me this week:

Monday: Turkey Ranch Club Wrap Today is Jon David’s first day back to school, so something yummy and simple sounds great!!

Tuesday: Shredded Chicken Nachos Another simple meal that will be great for our adjusting schedule. And BONUS — my boys will eat this with no complaints!!

Wednesday: Cracker Barrel Grilled Chicken Tenderloins We LOVE Cracker Barrel, so I’m really excited to try these!! Serve with baked potatoes and a salad.

Thursday: Sloppy Joe Biscuit Cups My kid LOVES sloppy joes, and this is a fun way to switch it up a little.

Friday: Pepperoni Pizza Enchiladas Another easy meal, and a great change from usual Pizza Friday

Those pepperoni pizza enchiladas are on my menu plan for next week and I CAN’T WAIT! Plus, those chicken tenderloins and those nachos look amazing.
I love your meal plan ideas. They are simple and things “normal” people would cook. I don’t have time for ellaborate meals with 3 kids! Simple and easy!
I have never planned more than 1 meal ahead let alone shop for the week. I am definitely going to do a calendar and shop for it and see how that works out for our Family… I think I’m going to love it not having to think each day what will we have for dinner. Thank you
