Monday, 8/13 ~ It’s best to start slow on Mondays. So break out the slow cooker and beat the heat with this yummy Mexican Chicken Lime soup from Rachael Ray.
Tuesday, 8/14 ~ I love Pad Thai and this lightened up version from Eating Well is a great variation!
Wednesday, 8/15 ~ Break out the grill tonight for these Grilled Pork Chops with Carolina BBQ Sauce from A Spicy Perspective!

Thursday, 8/16 ~ I want these meatballs in my life. They are Baked Chicken Meatballs from Dandy Dishes and can be eaten on their own or served with pasta!
Friday, 8/17 ~ Pizza night! Dude, this pizza is a dream come true! Buffalo Chicken Pizza from Kitchen meets Girl. Seriously.
