NonAlcoholic Fishbowl Cocktail

I absolutely LOVE giant fishbowl cocktails.

Maybe it’s the pretty blue color, all the fun fruit, or the ginormous size (okay, it’s the ginormous size), but they’re pretty much irresistible.

Unfortunately, they also contain mad crazy amounts of alcohol, which is a no go for a preggy lady like myself.

I decided to create a nonalcoholic version.  These taste great and would be so much fun at a baby shower or to share with your kids.

Go ahead, grab a stripey straw and get yo drink on!!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup coconut water

1/2 cup lemon lime soda

1/2 cup pineapple juice

Couple drops blue food color

Lemon and lime slices, maraschino cherries, and Swedish Fish for garnish

Pour coconut water, lemon lime soda, pineapple juice, and food coloring in a large “fishbowl” over crushed ice.  Stir gently and garnish with fruit.

**I used large round sundae bowls from Walmart

Makes one fishbowl drink.

Enjoy and have a happy weekend!!

do you use regular coconut water that isn’t sweet or the coconut flavored water with sweetener?
