Stuff I Love for Fall

So I am gonna bore you today with another list of things I love and want and need and couldn’t live without.

Stuff for fall.

Because with the change of the seasons comes all new stuff…clothes, food, footwear, decorations, accessories…

Let’s start…

Shoes.  Actually, let’s talk boots.  Because it is fall.

And really boots are multi-seasonal.  So it’s kind of a bargain, if you ask me.

These are the boots that I am getting for fall this year.  I love the dark brown color and they will be perfect with jeans, skirts, leggings…

I have been wanting a pair of Frye boots for basically 7 years.

This year it’s happening.

I get that they’re expensive, but my friend reminded me that there’s a lot of leather on these things.  The quality of these is insurmountable and they even come in extended-calf for girls with athletic legs :)

While we’re talking shoes I also love these sport flats from Anne Klein…they come  in a bunch of colors and the detailing is adorable.  I like this multicolored chevon print…neutral enough to match with everything, but definitely not boring!

This season is all about the denim shirt…and this one from Target is perfect.  Awesome quality and low on price.  My girlfriend told me about them last week and I hightailed it to Target and snatched one up. I had my eye on this one from Madewell, but honestly, the Target one is just as good…save your money where you can!

Check out this for a bunch of cute ways to wear your denim shirt!

And I am kind of obsessed with these jeans from Gap.  I have been waiting for over 20 years to wear pants with ankle zippers again.  Finally it’s happened.

And obviously I am all for lounge-wear, considering that’s what I wear 80% of the time…SO let’s talk about these pants from Anthropologie and how amazingly adorable they are…

Moving on to bags…

How cute are these bags?  I love a monogrammed tote and these are really so sweet!

Next up the purse of the season for me.

Yes, it’s expensive, yes, it’s kind of ridiculous, but that isn’t going to stop me.  Not this time.

It’s the Legacy Duffel from Coach and it’s bah-yoo-tiful.  It comes in a million colors and as much as I want the purple or the blue, I think sticking with a brown is a better choice for me, since it costs so much

Moving on to accessories.

I am obsessed with this bracelet from Stella and Dot.  Ever since I saw Jenny’s picture on Instagram I haven’t been able to stop thinking about it.  It’s cute and edgy and can be dressed up or down for sure.  Love it.

I am dying to try this nail polish by Illamasqua.  The claim is it’s a highly pigmented, rubber-finish that’s chip resistant.  I am a sucker for nail polish and anything that claims to be chip-resistant I will give a shot.  Plus, a rubber-like finish?  Very intrigued!

And on the beauty front I am THIS close to buying this perfume…It’s Candy by Prada.  Kristan just ordered a bottle…
Bridget sent me a sample in the mail a while back and I used every last drop.  It’s the perfect fall scent…kind of sweet, but a little white musky with an eensy bit of caramel.  It’s really nice.

Alright.  There’s my list.

Fall is gonna cost me a fortune!

I am in love with Prada candy! I ripped the sniff page our of a magazine and taped it to the fridge a few months ago hoping my husband would get the message. He didn’t, so I bought it myself!! Great fall scent! Im so glad it made the list!

I have 2 pairs of boots just like that (Timberland) in black and cinnamon. I bought them 4 years ago, get complimented on them all the time, they still look brand new and they are still in style! Try rolling your jeans up a bit at the ankle (a 1″ double or triple messy roll depending how long your jeans are) to show off the buckle and give them a 60′s biker vibe look.

I love those boots! I need them. I also love that coach bag. Hmmmm, what to do. I did just get a job, but I only work one day a week and I think between the boots and bag, that might be my salary for the entire fall! And do not tell me zipper jeans are back? Can I peg roll my jeans again too? I loved it, perfect for a short girl like me.

Love these lists. You made my day because I just bought a denim shirt a few days ago. I’ve been trying to figure out how to wear it. So far I’ve paired it with some shorts and a full short skirt.

Aaaah my purse!! I just got that for mah birthday. I’ve been looking for a “good” purse for years and could never find one to suit my needs. I needed more room and wider straps (what’s the deal with these thin straps — like I need another bra strap digging into my shoulder?!!). This bag is amazing. I didn’t want to spend the money, but my hubby insisted — which really means he’s tired of hearing me gripe about finding the perfect good bag! I loves it!!

I could use a new fall perfume — got samples of Viktor&Rolf Flowerbomb and Donna Karen Cashmere Mist. I loved the VR but the DK was just so lovely. I’ll have to try the Prada. Who wouldn’t want to smell sweet and like caramel?

I love my Frye boots with all my heart. And I get compliments every single time I wear them–okay, not the reason to purchase, but tells ya you did something right, right? :) And they go with so much PLUS they’re well-made and are comfortable….so I hope you got them! :)
