I have to say, this episode was a little boring for me.
I mean, there was plenty of screaming and all that, but I guess at this point, I have become numb to it. It’s like anything that would be shocking in normal life doesn’t apply when dealing with these people.
Screaming obscenities? Not shocking.
Calling your family horrible names? Not shocking.
Swearing on your own children’s lives? Not shocking.
You get the idea.
Anyways, Part 2 left off with Juicy Joe joining the women, and this episode included ALLLL the husbands, which definitely added a little bit of a twist.
But not much. They all pretty much still yelled and screamed and acted crazy.
Once again, I’m just going to go over a few of the big talking points and then leave the comments open for discussion. I mean really — trying to give a play by play of this thing is just impossible. Unless you speak Screamy Jersey Language, which I do not.
Let’s begin:

Juicy Joe’s Legal Issues
Andy brought up Joe’s legal issues and showed a clip of Teresa becoming furious when Melissa referred to the possibility of Joe going to “jail”. Not because he wasn’t possibly going to jail, mind you, but because she referred to it by it’s actual name instead of “going away”. Personally, I have an issue with someone who can throw around the four letter C-Word like it’s going out of style but “Jail” sends them into a hissy fit.
Andy asked Joe if he was afraid of going to jail and Joe said no, and refused to give any details. Teresa berated the others for bringing the issue up on the show, ignoring the fact that she had given the whole story to a magazine before it was ever mentioned on TV. When confronted with this fact, Teresa just got louder and never really justified or explained her reasoning.
Is Joe going to jail? And were the others out of line by referring to his legal issues on the show?

Joe Gorga was a Chippendale
Am I the only one wondering, with all the stripper accusations that have flown this season, how are we just now hearing about this?!

Melissa the Family Wrecker
Joe and his sister hadn’t seen each other in a year (since the fashion show) and the tension and emotions between them were thick. Eventually, Teresa got around to her usual tricks, blaming Melissa for the breakdown in she and her brother’s relationship, reminding her “he’s MY brother”.
Is it just me or is the problem NOT Melissa, but Teresa’s unhealthy fixation on her brother and resulting jealousy?

Jaqueline the Vegas Stripper
Joe Guidice had been accusing Jaqueline since the previous Reunion of meeting her husband in Vegas while stripping. Of course, with Chris Laurita present, the topic came back up. Chris clarified that he met Jaqueline in Chicago, and it became apparent that Juicy Joe had been getting his information from…who else? Teresa. In a furious panic, Teresa pointed the finger at Caroline, shrieking that Caroline was the one who told her that Jaqueline was a stripper.
In my opinion, Teresa was totally reaching on that one, but what do you think?

Teresa the Mastermind
Finally Andy steered the conversation to the topic we were all waiting for (again) — the Posche fashion show. This time, however, he brought out Kim D, who seemed to be studiously avoiding Teresa. After accepting an apology from Joe Gorga for the names he called her on television, she admitted that she had been angry with Melissa for promoting another store, and had kind of let the stripper accusation happen in order to get revenge. At first she said that Teresa knew nothing about it, but after being confronted by Caroline, admitted that Teresa knew…”something” but not what exactly was going to happen.
I got the feeling that she was still covering for Teresa and not telling the truth. Thoughts?
Besides all that, there was a ton of screaming, Teresa turned into the exorcist like twenty times, and I learned that Jaqueline’s husband Chris is probably my favorite character on the show.
I mean person. PERSON, not character.
I don’t know what is going to happen next season (IS there a next season?) but I’m thankful for the break…these women have flat worn me out!!
I’d love to hear your thoughts on the last part of the reunion!!

I heart Chris, too. A sane voice in the midst of crazy!
A “momo”? “Go scratch”? What are they talking about? This West Coaster has no idea what those phrases mean. I do know what a “bum” is and I tend to agree that Juicy Joe is one and you can only avoid legal issues for so long.
I’m glad there will be a break too…..I do get confused with all the timing/shooting the show/reunion. The last reunion was the night after the Fashion show when this “set up” took place?? And what has happened since – and the timing of this reunion?
I (REALLY) hate to admit…but….Bring on the Beverly Hills girls!!
I never heard the term “go scratch” before I moved to NJ either, but now it’s become one of my all time favorites. I’m not sure what exactly it means, but I just like saying it
I think at this point, they’re all overpaid actors and they all go out to dinner after these reunion shows and laugh about how crazy they were.
I think you can tell that EVERYONE is flat worn out from these people by the lack of comments here…
Worn. out.
I’m not sure but I think the producers last year at the end of the season saw the craziness going on and decided to keep filming, leaving us with this season. Like I said, not sure, but that’s what I thought. Kim D…ugh, pot stirrer. Could you imagine anyone outside of high school pulling the crap that she and T cooked up? I mean seriously????
I honestly do think T is delusional. She has creepy love feelings for her brother and I’m fairly certain she’s a pathological liar. I think at this point she doesn’t even know fact from fiction.
Agree with Steph. Teresa is delusional, pathological liar, envy and mean hearted. She is so jealous of Melissa’ s looks and the fact that her brother is so much more succesful than her dear Joe.
