Bailey's Comet | That's What We Said

Today we need a drink.

One that we can set on fire.

I know, right?

 

Plus this has Bailey’s and Butterscotch Schnapps, so it’s for real delicious.

 

Nothing better than a festive, delicious drink that you can also set on fire.  But it gets better, this drink also sparkles!  It’s like a party in a glass.

Right?

 

Bailey’s Comet

1 1/2 oz Bailey’s

1 1/2 oz Butterscotch Schnapps

3/4 oz. Goldschläger

1 Tbsp Rum, 151 proof

Dash cinnamon

 

Mix Bailey’s, Butterscotch Schnapps and Goldschläger together and pour into martini glass.

Light the rum on fire and sprinkle with cinnamon.  The cinnamon will sparkle in the flame!

    Also, let’s all be very careful playing with 151 and flames. Dangerous, very dangerous.
