Here we are. Right in the thick of January.
Booooring.
To liven things up a bit, I thought I’d whip up something tropical.
With Rum.
And ice cream.
If that doesn’t do the trick, I don’t know what will.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 shots rum
- 1 shot lime juice
- club soda
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- several ice cubes
Place several ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Shake lime juice and rum together until frothy and cold. Strain into a tall glass and fill the rest of the glass with club soda. Top with ice cream and serve.
