Monday, 1/21 ~ Chipotle Chicken and Corn Chowder from the Brown Eyed Baker. Soup does a Monday good.
Tuesday, 1/22 ~ Seared Scallops with Fettuccine and Kale from A Thought For Food. Scallops, Pasta…perfection.
Wednesday 1/23 ~ Loaded Turkey Taco Salad from Bev Cooks. Wednesdays are good for salad.
Thursday 1/24 ~Mexican Bowtie Pasta from Noble Pig. Sometimes you just need cheesy carbs.
Friday 1/25 ~ Pizza Friday is getting yummy…French Bread Pizza with Pesto & Sun Dried Tomatoes from Oh My Veggies.
