Here in Arkansas, our weather is constantly fluctuating between unseasonably hot and unseasonably cold.
Basically, Spring doesn’t exist here.
So since I’m forced to choose between Winter and Summer, I’m going with Summer. Winter has had it’s day, hasn’t it? In that spirit, I’m bringing you a Summery, tropical drink — a banana daiquiri.
3 medium bananas, sliced
3/4 cup rum (I prefer coconut rum)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 TBS sugar
3 cups crushed ice
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes three large drinks.
