My Favorite Drugstore Beauty Products

So listen.

I’ll admit to being a make up snob.  The fancy packaging, the scent of expensive perfume wafting in the air…Sephora and Ulta get me every time.

But.  I have plenty of drugstore favorites that I will hang onto until the end of time.  Fancy primers and palettes may come and go, but listen to me when I tell you that you NEED these staples in your life.  They’re tried, true and CHEAP!!

Eucerin Smoothing Repair Lotion

We all need a good lotion on hand, but I love this one in particular.  I tend to get bumps on my upper arms/thighs, and this smooths them right away and gets my legs ready for Summer.

Jergens Natural Glow Express Moisturizer

I don’t use a tanning bed, so I love this lotion for giving my legs a little color!!  I am ghostly white, and with a baby around, ain’t nobody got time to go get spray tans.  This is the easiest and cheapest option around, and I’m always pleased with the results.

Pond’s Dry Skin Cream

This stuff has been around since your granny’s days for a reason — it works!!  Moisturizing is SO important for your face, and this is such a thick, rich cream without a heavy scent.  Use morning and night and your skin will thank you.  (not literally)

clean and clear

Johnson’s Clean & Clear Make Up Dissolving Facial Cleansing Wipes

By the time I go to bed, I am so wiped out, I am honestly tempted to skip face washing.  BUT Y’ALL — DON’T.  Don’t skip face washing ever ever EVERRRRR.

Seriously.  You want that gunk clogging your pores and mucking up your pillow case all night?  Um…no.  These wipes are great because they wash your face and remove your make up at the same time.  They work great and they don’t make my eyes burn or my skin feel all weird like some of the other wipes do.

concealerMaybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circle Eraser

I am in LOVE with this concealer.  I have struggled for years to find a good one — and tried PLENTY of expensive brands.  And this beats ALL of them by a long shot.  It’s easy to apply, covers my dark circles, doesn’t settle into fine lines, and the fair color is pale enough for my skin and doesn’t look orange.  PERFECTION.

L’Oreal Hydra Perfecte Loose Powder

I firmly believe in a good, loose, translucent powder, and I love this one from L’Oreal.  It’s great for setting your make – up when you don’t need a ton of coverage.

Covergirl TruCheeks Blush

I’ve always loved Covergirl Blush, and these sets come with 3 colors — one blush, one for highlighting, and one for contouring.  There is a shade for everyone, and it’s such a great bargain!!

L’Oreal Voluminous Mascara

I firmly believe that you won’t find a better mascara for the price.  It isn’t too thick, isn’t too thin, and never clumps.  Love. It.

Maybelline 24 Hour Color Tattoo Metal

Not only is this quick and easy to swipe on, but it doubles as an inexpensive primer!!  So wear it alone, or layer it with your favorite eyeshadow.  Either way, you’re good.

Elf Eyeshadow Palettes

You can always pick these up at Target for an incredibly cheap price.  If we’re being honest, the colors aren’t the best when it comes to pigmentation or longevity.  BUT.  Pair them with a eyshadow primer, and you’re good.  And it’s a great way to experiment with colors and looks BEFORE pulling the trigger on that expensive palette from Sephora you’ve had your eye on.

Flower Sheer Up Lip Tint

Flower is the new line by Drew Barrymore, and I am in love with this lip tint.  There are several colors to choose from, but this Dewy Rose is my favorite.  It’s the perfect red because it’s buildable — you can go sheer, or layer it on for a darker look.  Because it’s pencil shaped, it’s also easy to outline your lips.  Because the crazy clown is NOT a good look.

NYX Extra Creamy Round Lipstick

I struggle with finding a good LIPSTICK.  Not a gloss, not a tint, but a good, old fashioned, non shimmer, non matte lipstick.  These are perfect.  They are cheap, they don’t dry your lips, and come in tons of great shades.  The pinks are my favorite — so many good ones to choose from!!  (Paris is a great shade, if you’re looking)

Wet n’ Wild MegaSlicks in Candy Apple

Shelly swears by this gloss.  It’s cheap and has a slightly red tint and lots of shine.

I’m sure I’m forgetting a few, but these are definitely my drugstore staples.  What are your favorite drugstore beauty products?

Ooh I need to check these out! I like this: It actually came in my birchbox but you can buy it at the drugstore! It helps reduce puffiness (and I’m hoping the bagginess haha), I use it when I wake up in the mornings!

Color Tattoos are my JAM. I think I own seven shades now. They’re so versatile and easy to apply. In love!

I love the Loreal Voluminous mascara. It’s my go to when I don’t have any Lancôme Hypnos around. Great pic!

I need a recommendation for a great hair conditioner. Mine’s no longer working as well — L’Oreal? Can’t remember. I’ll go check, later. What do you recommend? I watch my budget carefully, so money is, sadly, a consideration.

Chances aare that you’vе heard the term used,
but you have no iԁea where the name originated from. There is
also a buffet served for dinner on Friԁays and Mondays.

Think of things like misty blue or jade green foг starters.
