Agreed, gotta have brushes. My favorite is a set I bought from Lancome! Use them every single day and don't go anywhere without them.

I tried out all these recipes, and of course the monkey bread got the biggest house reviews. The kid loved it, and so did the over grown kid I call husband. Since, I have made it with ham and cheese, and chicken, pesto and cream cheese (because I am a grown up and pesto is king). there are really so many ways to do it up. I cut the butter in half though, and cook them in a bread tin because I don't have a bunt tin. Must not be fancy enough.

I have a mini mac set of Hello Kitty brushes, and I use every single one of them. I added in an extra big kabuki brush, and a special one just for my cream eyeliners. I use the blending brush and the smudge brush the most for my eye shadows. I don't know how I wore my eye shadow before I got a blending brush, but I bet it looked horrible. It speeds up the process too! I can do now in ten minutes what I use to do in twenty.

And ladies? You physically just cannot achieve the smokey eye look without at least a blending brush. You just cannot. It's necessary. If I had to pick one brush to live with and give all the others up, it would be the blending brush. But I'd probably really mourn my kabuki brush.

@ Andi-- Good to know. I LOVE Jim Dale's voice. He's amazing on the Harry Potter books. If you ever watched the Disney Movie Pete's Dragon, he's the "doctor" that goes around on the cart selling "cures".

I read the Night Circus and loved it. I am trying to get my daughter to read it too. This is one of those books, that I know I will read again, just see if I missed anything. LOVED IT! If a book makes me feel what is going on then it is a good book. If your not sure - read it again....... and if anyone makes some of those delicious treats - please share.......
